    Your property will be managed by a small team of dedicated, experienced hosts with a very flexible and accommodating approach. We are all about putting a personal touch to managing your properties. Importantly, Air Air brings homeowners' perspective and understanding of your needs, and treat your properties like how we do our own.

    We don't just manage the short let rental aspects - we work closely with a team of handyman and builders to help you take care, maintain and repair your property as required. You can rely on our services when your residential home is vacant (i.e. you are on holidays or away on business) or if you have a second idle property that can earn extra income from rental.

  • Who is Autoguest for?

    If you’d like to short let your property and achieve the highest potential income without compromising on safety, we are the right service for you. You might be a landlord who wants to boost your rental income or a frequent traveller who’d like to make some extra money while you’re away.

  • What is included in your full management service?

    The full management service fee covers the management of property listing and marketing, pricing, occupancy optimising, guest communication and booking, personal check-in & check-out, cleaning, and 24/7 support for both you and your guests. The fee is applicable to your rental income. 

    ​The cost of cleaning and linen are payable by guests per booking and are separate from this management service fee. Typically the cleaning & linen fee for 1 bedroom is £50 and 2 bedroom is £70 per booking. Some of our clients opt for an all-inclusive management fee of 30% of total income which will include all cleaning & linen costs.

  • How will you ensure the safety of my property?

    We place our approach to effective, proactive stewardship of your assets at the heart of everything we do. We have developed a specialised method of guest screening and will advise you of any damage that may be caused to your property.

    Airbnb provides a Host Guarantee of up to £600,000 to cover any potential damages, and we can also recommend specialised home insurance for extra peace of mind.
